Our quality-control process begins with the inspection of fabrics, trims, threads, zippers, labels, and other raw materials. Before bulk production starts, our team reviews the approved sample, size chart, colours, artwork, logo placement, stitching requirements, and packaging instructions.

During production, trained quality-control staff monitor cutting accuracy, stitching strength, measurements, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, fabric condition, and overall workmanship. This helps us identify and correct potential issues before products reach the final stage.
